Knoweats sells already-cooked food, sold by the portion, ordered through its online shop and delivered at home. The format is the classic meal-prep box: you pick individual dishes from the catalogue and heat them up.
The operational detail that matters most when you are deciding is this: Knoweats does not require a subscription. You can place a one-off order, try it and never come back. Wetaca, for example, works on a weekly subscription: a recurring commitment by default. If what you want is to try something without tying yourself to it, that detail changes the decision more than a few cents per dish.
What role El Xokas actually plays
El Xokas is an investor with a significant stake and involvement in running the business. It is not a sponsorship or an advertising contract: he put in capital. He has also actively promoted Knoweats on his live streams.
Reven, another well-known content creator, is also connected as an investor.
Without going beyond the data: if you were trying to find out whether "it's his", he owns a part of the company and has a voice in how it is run. That is not the same as owning it.
What a Knoweats menu costs
The prices below come from the public catalogue of its shop, checked on 27 July 2026. We date them because they change: if you are reading this months later, check them again.
Most main dishes cost €7.00. Real examples from the catalogue at that price (the shop is in Spanish, so we keep the names as they appear there): Katsu curry japonés de pollo, Pollo asado al cajún, Lasaña boloñesa, Magro con tomate, Noodles con salmón, Costilla en salsa barbacoa con patatas gajo, Pavo en salsa de setas, Canelones de verduras con romescu, Mac & Cheese con guanciale and Risotto de espárragos, guanciale y queso curado.

The menu price is not what you end up paying
The number that sticks in your head is €7.00. The number that comes out of the cart is rarely that figure times the number of dishes. Let's do the maths with the prices above.

Three practical consequences:
- Your choice of dishes moves the bill. Going from €35.00 to €40.00–42.50 is exactly that: if you lean towards fish, your week does not cost €7.00 a dish, it costs €8.00–8.50.
- Desserts are almost a parallel order. €16.50 for five desserts is almost half of what the five mains cost.
- Delivery is not in the menu price. We have not verified the exact current delivery fee or minimum order, so we are not printing a number we have not checked. What we will say is what to do about it: put it in the cart before you decide. On small orders, delivery moves the real per-dish price the most, and it is the difference between "it's €7 a meal" and "that came out noticeably higher".

Who it suits and who it doesn't
It suits anyone who wants to stop cooking on weekdays without signing up to anything. Ordering five dishes for €35.00 and not coming back if it doesn't convince you is a cheap test, and a service that starts with a subscription does not usually let you run it. It also fits you if you eat for convenience rather than for a target.
It does not suit anyone chasing a specific body-composition goal. A standard dish forces you to fit your macros around whatever is in the box, not the other way round: if you end the day short on protein, the fix ends up being buying something else on the side, and the saving on the cheap dish disappears there. It also does not suit anyone placing small, infrequent orders: with delivery added to each one, the real per-dish cost rises and stops resembling the menu price.
