Yes. We cook lunch and dinner in Madrid, built to your macros. You order once a week and it arrives in two deliveries, chilled and heat-sealed, ready to heat; it keeps for up to 5 days in the fridge. We’re starting in central Madrid and surrounding areas: you pick your area when you sign up and we confirm before we open whether we deliver there.

Standard boxes give everyone the same portion with a macro label on top. At Makroa each dish is weighed to your grams of protein, carbs, and fat, the ones your plan sets. The same dish from the menu, with the amounts in your plan.

We’re starting in central Madrid and surrounding areas. There are 16 areas here, from Chamberí to Las Rozas, but none is confirmed street by street yet: you pick your area when you sign up and we confirm before we open whether we deliver there. If yours isn’t listed, sign up anyway.

From €8.90 to €14.90 per dish, depending on the kcal of your portion: a dish with more kcal has more food in it. VAT and delivery included; you see your price before you pay. On the waitlist you get 5% off every order, for life, as long as you keep ordering.

You don’t need to train to eat well. You calculate your macros for whatever your goal is and we cook each dish with the amounts in your plan. It’s also for anyone who just wants to eat balanced without cooking every day.
