Healthy meal delivery in Malasaña, by your macros
Lunch and dinner for your week, built to your macros, if you live in Malasaña and Centro, Madrid. For creatives who care about their nutrition. From €8.90 to €14.90 per dish.
Malasaña is Madrid's most creative neighborhood. Freelancers working from cafés on Calle del Pez, designers sharing co-working spaces on Fuencarral, digital nomads who chose Madrid as their base. The rhythm here is intense but flexible, and nutrition is usually the first thing that gets neglected. Makroa takes that burden off: you create, we cook.
Who lives here?
Malasaña is home to creatives, freelancers, digital entrepreneurs, and young professionals with unconventional schedules. People who hit the gym at 11am or 9pm, work from home, and need healthy food without relying on expensive, low-nutrition delivery apps. They value authenticity and run from anything generic.
Popular gyms in Malasaña
Makroa is not associated with these gyms. They are listed as a reference for local residents.
