Moncloa is where university energy meets the professionals of Argüelles and Parque del Oeste. Complutense students starting to take care of themselves, young people in their first job still living in the area, civil service exam candidates who barely have time to breathe. Life here is intense and cooking isn't a priority. Makroa handles your nutrition so you can focus on what matters.

Who lives here?

Moncloa mixes advanced university students who are starting to train seriously with young professionals aged 25-32 living around Argüelles and Princesa. People who go to the gym but eat poorly because they lack the time (or motivation) to cook. They want gym results without the effort of planning meals every week.
