Healthy meal delivery in Retiro, by your macros
Lunch and dinner for your week, built to your macros, if you live in Retiro, Madrid. Perfect for runners and park athletes. From €8.90 to €14.90 per dish.
Living next to Retiro Park means having Madrid's best outdoor gym five minutes away. Runners at dawn, functional training groups by the lake, weekend cyclists. It's a neighborhood where sport is part of daily life, but cooking remains the bottleneck. Makroa removes that obstacle: you train, we cook to your macros.
Who lives here?
Retiro attracts an interesting mix: active professionals who run in the park before work, young couples who watch their diet, and people who combine outdoor sports with routines at XFitness or Synergym. They've already committed to self-care but are missing the personalized nutrition piece.
Popular gyms in Retiro
Makroa is not associated with these gyms. They are listed as a reference for local residents.
