Makroa was founded in Madrid in 2026 by Mirko Milano — a 22-year-old entrepreneur who got tired of "eating healthy" meaning a choice between two bad options: cooking everything yourself (hours of prep, weighing ingredients, calculating macros) or ordering generic delivery that doesn't respect your nutritional needs.

The idea is simple but nobody was doing it: what if every plate was assembled with the exact grams of protein, carbs, and fat YOUR body needs? Not S/M/L sizes. Not approximations. Real personalization: the same Thai Bowl has 120g of chicken if you're cutting and 250g if you're bulking.
