2. Data we collect

2.1. Waitlist

When you join our waitlist, we collect: name, email address, preferred delivery zone, and nutritional goal.

2.2. Macro calculator

If you use our free macro calculator, the data you enter (weight, height, age, sex, activity level, goal) is processed exclusively in your browser and is not stored on our servers unless you choose to save your profile.

2.3. Analytics data

If you accept analytics cookies via our consent banner, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymized browsing data. This data cannot personally identify you.

3. Purposes of processing

We process your personal data for: waitlist management, pre-launch communications, statistical analysis and website improvement, personalized nutritional calculation, and legal compliance.

4. Legal basis

• Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): when you sign up for the waitlist.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): for anonymized web analytics.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR): when required by applicable law.

5. Data retention

Waitlist data is retained until service launch or until you request deletion (maximum 24 months). Calculator data is not stored on our servers. Analytics data is retained for 14 months per GA4 standard configuration.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise these rights, email equipo@makroa.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

7. Data processors

We use the following data processors: Supabase (database, EU servers), Vercel (web hosting, EU with global CDN), and Google Analytics 4 (analytics, EU region configured). All processors have signed appropriate data processing agreements.

8. International data transfers

Our main database (Supabase) is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Any transfers outside the EEA are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

10. Minors
