Each plate is prepared with the amounts of protein, carbs, and fat YOUR body needs based on your weight, height, activity, and goal. The same dish has different portions for each client. No sizes, no approximations.

We use the Mifflin-St Jeor formula, the most accurate medical standard for general population. Enter your weight, height, age, sex, activity level, and goal, and get your macros in 60 seconds.

Yes, you can recalculate anytime if your goal or weight changes. Your next order will be prepared with the new amounts.

For anyone who wants to eat well without the hassle. Most of our clients are professionals aged 25-40 who exercise moderately and want nutritional control without spending hours cooking.

From €7.90 per plate. The price depends on your nutrition plan: the more calories you need, the more ingredients your plate has, up to €10.90. Weekly (-5%), Complete (-10%), and Full Prep (-15%) packs bring it down further.

A daily menu in Madrid costs €12-15. Average delivery with tip: €15-20. A Makroa plate from €7.90 includes food personalized to your macros, cooked, refrigerated, and delivered. Weekly packs bring it even lower.

Delivery is included in the plate price for orders within our Madrid coverage area.

Not at all. Curries, Thai bowls, risottos, bolognese pasta, poke bowls... Food you actually want to eat. The difference is each plate hits your macros without you thinking about it.

Yes. Each week we publish a new menu with variety. You choose what you want. We prepare them with your personalized portions.

Makroa covers lunch and dinner (2 meals/day), approximately 70-75% of your daily caloric goal. You manage breakfast and snacks. Minimum order is 3 plates per delivery.

Always refrigerated, never frozen. We cook in Madrid and deliver twice a week so you always have fresh food. Lasts 4-5 days in the fridge.

No. We cook with fresh, real ingredients. No preservatives, no additives, no ultra-processed foods.

Currently we don't offer adaptations for severe allergies or special medical diets. Our meals are designed for healthy people who want to control their nutrition.

Madrid city center and surroundings: Chamberí, Salamanca, Retiro, Chamartín, Moncloa, Majadahonda, Las Rozas, Pozuelo, Alcobendas and similar areas.

Twice a week: Sundays/Mondays and Wednesdays/Thursdays. Order cutoff is Saturdays and Tuesdays.

Plates arrive refrigerated in sealed containers. Store in the fridge for 4-5 days. To eat, heat 3 minutes in the microwave.

Zero. You order when you want, what you want. If you don't feel like it one week, you simply don't order. No penalties, no retention calls, no tricks.

3 plates per delivery. You can order 3, 5, 10, or however many you need.

Yes, before the order cutoff (Saturday or Tuesday depending on delivery). After cutoff, the order is already in preparation.
